Shipping policy

We aim to despatch item

• If your order is a ready to ship item this will be shipped within 3/5 days. To check if it is a ready to ship item it will be shown within the product description.

• If you need to expedite an order please contact me directly on my website or call to see if this can be accommodated within your time frame.
• We currently are only set to ship to UK should you wish to your order go to any other country please get in touch and we will get you a price for overseas shipping
• Should you wish to cancel your order or need to return items then please get in touch by e-mail hello@starboxcreations.co.uk.  We do accept returns but they must be returned within 14 days of item received and in exactly the same condition as received in.  Should the item be damaged/used/not in same condition, we will charge a 20% restocking fee
