DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail 2nd class for delivery. Please note that neither 1st/24 or second class/48 postage is a guaranteed or tracked service. First class/24 items usually can be expected in 1 to 3 working days and second class/48 is usually between 3 to 7 working days.
We can offer royal mail Tracked 24 which is fully tracked and a little faster.
If you need anything urgently we can offer express delivery which is Royal Mail Special delivery and is guaranteed to arrive next day.
Please make sure you upgrade postage before you checkout as changes can't be made afterwards.
We do not refund orders simply because they have arrived later than expected but we are happy for you to return them for a full refund.
